Award Winners

The Valley Council for Health and Human Services annually honors an individual who works in the nonprofit sector and a nonprofit agency for service to the community at its annual meeting. Since 2008, it has also honored individuals or organizations outside the non-profit sector whose efforts have made a significant contribution to improving the quality of life of residents in the lower Naugatuck Valley with the Richard O.
